- Duration: approximately 1 hour - Each session is another step towards your goal. It includes a debriefing session on your progress and a personalized hypnosis practice. Depending on your needs at the time, we can integrate additional tools (neurostimulation, breathing exercises, etc.).

Introductory Session

- Duration: approximately 30 minutes (including welcome and program selection) - Ideal for a first experience. You'll discover the sensations of visual neurostimulation and choose a theme (Relaxation, Stimulation, or Exploration) for a short and effective session.
Specific Protocols & Long Sessions
- In-office fees - For in-depth work (Sleep, Creativity, or Overall Balance), we will determine the number of sessions required together. These protocols can be carried out independently or as a complement to ongoing therapy.

- Duration: Varies depending on the theme (Max 8 people) - These workshops are dedicated to relaxation and holistic well-being. In a supportive atmosphere, we work on common themes (stress management, letting go, reconnecting with oneself) at an affordable price.
